Our Story
Every street has a story. This one is ours.
Years ago, in Ankara, two people were building dreams without ever knowing each other.
They walked the same streets, breathed the same air, and shared the same fascination with puzzles, mystery, and creating unforgettable experiences. Yet their paths never crossed. Life had written different chapters for each of them, and neither could have imagined that the story they were living would one day continue thousands of miles away.
Years later, fate brought them together in Edmonton.
What began as an unexpected friendship soon turned into a shared vision. Together, they discovered something they both believed deeply, escape rooms could be much more than locked doors and hidden keys. They could become places where stories come alive, where strangers become heroes, and where every room leaves behind a memory.
What began as an exciting new chapter first took shape as Edmonton Escape.
Although our first location was open for only three months, unexpected licensing challenges forced us to close its doors far sooner than we had ever imagined. It was a difficult moment, one that could easily have marked the end of the journey.
Instead, it became the beginning of something bigger.
Rather than giving up, we chose to start over. We took everything we had learned, every lesson, every mistake, every idea, and poured it into a new vision.
That vision became Escape Street.
Instead of walking into a single room, you'll step onto an entire street. Behind every door is a different story waiting to be discovered. Every building hides its own mystery. Every corner invites curiosity. Every adventure is part of something bigger.
Escape Street was built to be a place where imagination takes over, where families laugh together, friends challenge one another, and unforgettable memories are made.
None of this would have been possible without the support, encouragement, and friendship of the incredible people who believed in us along the way.
