Escape Street: A New Immersive Escape Experience is Taking Shape in Edmonton

After more than five years of creating immersive escape room experiences through Escape De Facto in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA, we are excited to bring our passion, creativity, and experience to Edmonton with an entirely new adventure: Escape Street.

Over the years, Escape De Facto has become one of the highest-rated escape room experiences in our region, supported by a perfect 5.0 average rating and more than a thousand reviews across Google and social media platforms. Every review, every returning group, and every unforgettable memory helped shape the philosophy behind Escape Street.

Now, we are preparing something even bigger.

At Escape Street, our goal is not simply to create “rooms,” but to build immersive worlds filled with atmosphere, storytelling, tension, emotion, and unforgettable moments. We are approaching this project with enormous ambition and attention to detail, carefully crafting every sound, puzzle, prop, hidden mechanism, and visual element to deliver an experience that truly stands out.

Our mission is clear: to become one of Edmonton’s most memorable and talked-about escape room destinations.

We are currently developing five unique experiences, each with its own atmosphere and story:

• Curse of the Old Miner

• House of Things

• Puppeteer

• Silent Floor

From psychological tension and cinematic storytelling to mystery, exploration, and immersive environments, each game is designed to offer something completely different.

Some of our experiences will also feature live actors, allowing players to feel as if they are truly inside a living story rather than simply solving puzzles. We believe escape rooms should do more than challenge your mind; they should surprise you, pull you into another world, and create moments you will remember long after the game ends.

That is exactly what we are building.

In addition to our escape experiences, Escape Street will also feature a dedicated party room for birthdays, corporate events, celebrations, and private gatherings. We want Escape Street to become not only a place to play games but also a place where people come together to create memories.

Our team is working passionately behind the scenes, and we are aiming to welcome our first guests with a grand opening in early July.
